A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Silvia! A fitness enthusiast with a sweet spot for chocolate and a passion for empowering others through strength training. With a background in dance and years of experience leading community and online fitness classes, I understand the transformative power of movement.

As we age, maintaining muscle mass and bone density becomes crucial for overall health and independence. Strength training has been shown to reduce the risk of osteoporosis, improve cognitive function, and enhance quality of life. 

I offer energising strength training sessions both online and in welcoming community spaces. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and resilience, ensuring you can enjoy life to its fullest at any age.

Step & Tone

Upper Body & Core

Get ready to transform your upper body and core. This comprehensive workout targets your biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, and core, helping you build strength and definition in these key areas. 

Lower Body

Incorporating resistance bands into your workout routine can help you sculpt and tone your booty and legs effectively. With consistency, you'll notice positive changes in both the shape of your body and your overall performance. Keep up the good work. 

A dynamic full-body workout combining step aerobics with strength training. Using a stepper and weights, this class blends cardio and toning for a fun, high-energy session that boosts fitness and muscle definition.
