To ensure your participation, please make sure to book your space in advance, regardless of whether you are a monthly subscriber or a pay-as-you-go client. Upon completing your booking, you will receive an email containing the Zoom code for joining the class. Please note that classes will commence on time, and late arrivals may not be permitted entry.
