Did you know your glutes are the biggest and most powerful muscle group in your body. We use it so much without even realising it - getting up from a chair, picking something up from the ground. This muscle group influence every aspect of your physical life and big, strong glutes can help with your sprints being faster, with your jumps being higher but also can prevent knee, hip and lower back injuries.
